Thank you for visiting the Incentive Marketing Association – European Council (IMA Europe) website. The association was formed with the mission of stimulating and developing the benefits that incentive marketing offers to all kind of organizations in Europe.
We have an international council representing key stakeholder organisations across EMEA, with council members from UK, Ireland, Benelux, Sweden, Germany & Italy.
Brian Dunne, Managing Director SVM Global

With over 25 years experience in the prepaid voucher and gift card sectors, Brian Dunne is well known for his regeneration of the IMA’s image in his role of president of IMA Europe.
Brian is working to build a greater understanding of incentive marketing in Europe and the rest of the world via its umbrella organization, IMA – US. Often seen speaking at a variety of European and International trade shows, Brian is well known for his compelling speeches on the power of motivation and reward on performance. Brian has spoken at events such as The Motivation Show since 1994, Marketing Week Live since 2011 and Incentive and Promotional Live since 2011.
Brian has also amassed years of experience in global networking circles, with speaking and chairing slots at the Global Prepaid Exchange, Toronto, HEDNA in Prague as well as The International Gift Card Summit in Wiesbaden, Germany since 2010.
Brian is a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), and a Fellow of the Hotel & Catering Institute, alongside various different qualifications in the retail and hospitality space.
Meet the Board of Directors
A native of Cork city and based in London, Jonathan Grey’s is the founder and CEO of Ovation Incentives, an award-winning incentives and rewards company specialising in multi-country programmes. Ovation’s SaaS and mobile solutions help to influence, recognise and reward the behaviour of employees and customers to drive engagement and improve performance – clients include Sky, Nike, Best Western and Eurostar.
Through Ovation, Jonathan is also heavily involved in the gift card and corporate business incentive markets in Europe and is Vice President of the industry’s trade body Incentive Marketing Association Europe.
Mark Gregg, CEO, BONAGO Incentive Marketing Group GmbH Vice-President IMA Europe
Mark Gregg is founder and CEO of the BONAGO Incentive Marketing Group GmbH, the leading incentive agency for HR, marketing and sales. In the human resources area, BONAGO offers mostly universal voucher-based solutions, e.g. benefit programs for employee motivation and employer branding. BONAGO provides sales departments with reward programs for channel and sales partners. Goal-oriented incentives for consumer campaigns and marketing promotions complete the portfolio. All solutions are aimed at attracting, retaining and/or activating employees, customers and partners. In addition, Mark Gregg has been the producer of the International Gift Card & Couponing Summit for the past seven years.
Declan is an industry leading voice in the prepaid financial services industry and in the Incentives & Motivation space. In his day job he leads One4alls’ rewards business bringing advice and expertise to the art of incentivising workforces and consumers.
He sits on the IMA Europe board as a Non Executive Director and is passionate about the educational role the IMA plays in the Reward and Motivation space.
He is also a Non Executive Director of PIF (Prepaid International Forum). His work with PIF is largely focusing on the positive positioning of regulated prepaid products to all stakeholders.
Founder of Corporate Rewards in 2002 and appointed to the role of Chairman in June 2014, I work alongside the new board of Corporate Rewards Limited on an exciting path of global development.
Recent advancements in Corporate Rewards include significant investment in new technology, the launch of My Thanks and the opening of new offices in the USA. Appointed to the Board of Directors of the Incentive Marketing Association in both Europe and the USA in 2013, I am responsible for the placement of European education at the annual IMA Summit in the USA and working with the board of IMA on events throughout Europe.
SwingGroup is the leading B2B incentive marketing agency in the Benelux. He set up SwingGroup in 2002, and prior to this held senior positions with RCP as Managing Director and TMP Worldwide as Key Account Manager. He has strategically advised and developed integrated incentive marketing programmes for Fortune 500 clients such as BMW, Coca-Cola, Electrolux, GE, Philips, Samsung, Tech Data, Thomas Cook, Toyota and Unilever.
He has spoken as an industry leader at conferences such as Digital Marketing First, International Gift Card summit, Incentive Marketing Association Global Summit and HRM Masterclass e-recruitment, given interviews on Belgian national radio and as a regular guest lecturer at Ghent University.
His particular areas of specialism are: Incentive marketing and Corporate communication.
Kevin is a co-founder of Next Jump, a global company whose main product helps companies of all shapes and sizes improve workplace culture. He helped grow the business though the first dot-com bubble and subsequent crash that left the company with just 4 employees. Kevin founded and grew Next Jump’s Cambridge, MA and London offices. He is currently responsible for EMEA client relationships, global expansion, and product development of Next Jump’s Reward & Recognition product. Kevin is passionate about product development, new business modelling, leadership and company culture. He currently mentors young entrepreneurs part of the New Entrepreneur Foundation (NEF). He lives in London with his wife Amy and their two children Miranda and Michael.
Wendy is the publisher of trade magazine and website Incentive & Motivation and is the creator of the Motivation Awards. Wendy has written many articles on the subject of employee motivation and has a European interest and knowledge of the Incentive industry, including recognition and reward programmes, the world of gift cards and incentive travel.
After few years in multinational companies like Perfetti Van Melle, Beiersdorf and Heineken, in 2000 Andrea co-founded ECRM Italia, one of the very first Italian consulting company in loyalty and CRM.
In 2007 Andrea entered the prepaid market founding Amilon, the company that first introduced in Italy the digital gift cards and has become the real time rewards provider for contests, incentive and loyalty programmes, company welfare and fringe benefits.
Proud to be part of the incentive, rewards and recognition industry and member of the IMA Europe with Amilon since 2012, Andrea will focus on reaching potential IMA members in Italy and will do his best to enhance the IMA networking in his country.
