The afternoon begins with registration at 1:30pm and the opening address by IMA Europe President, at 2pm. This will be followed by an overview of the archaeological significance of the City Wall and a brief insight into Viking life in Dublin by a local Historian.
The first speaker, a Senior Executive (TBC) from Globoforce, the leading global recognition company, will speak about ‘The Crowd Sourced Performance Review: Re-Thinking Performance Review Systems for Today’s Workforce’. This will be followed by an insightful presentation on ‘Consumer Promotions’ delivered by a leading company in this sector.
There will be an opportunity to network during the coffee break and we will be updated on plans for the IMA Europe 2017 Reward Regatta.
Gillian Horan, CEO of The Pudding brand agency, brand strategist and passionate about all things branding, will speak about ‘Employer Branding and Living your Company Values’. Greg Canty, Fuzion Partners, will cover ‘What needs to be in your sights in 2017’ for Marketing & PR. The final speaker will deliver a case-study on Incentive Marketing – ‘How we did it!’.
IMA Europe board members will update us on the events scheduled for 2017 before the meeting closes at 5:30pm. There will be further opportunities to network at the drinks reception following the meeting.
